Structure des données de description des fonds d'archives

Les descriptions des fonds d'archives des catégories B et C publiées en ligne sont structurées selon la norme internationale de description archivistique ISAD(G) ainsi que selon le schéma EAD2002.

Les 25 champs ont été répartis en deux zones, reprenant la structure de base inhérente au schéma EAD2002: La première zone contient toutes les informations se rapportant au répertoire d'archives. La deuxième zone contient toutes les informations se rapportant au fonds d'archives ainsi qu'à son traitement par les Archives de l'histoire rurale. Les fichiers XML élaborés par les Archives de l'histoire contiennent en plus un certain nombre d'éléments non représentés sur ce portail (éléments à usage interne, éléments complémentaires).
